ABOUT US

Nina is the founding director of Logiplan, bringing with her a strong background in planning and resource management. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Planning and a Bachelor of Applied Science, and is an Associate Member of the New Zealand Planning Institute.

With over a decade of combined experience across local government, central government, non-profit, and private sectors, Nina has worked alongside Councils, landowners, developers, and organisations to deliver a wide range of planning and resource management services. Her career includes processing land use and subdivision consent applications for the Whangarei and Far North District Councils, securing resource consents for private development projects, and delivering environmental services for central government agencies and non-profits.

Having worked on both sides of the fence—in local government and in consultancy—Nina has developed a deep understanding of the RMA and council processes, along with a strong professional network. This unique insight means she knows exactly who to talk to and when, helping her clients navigate the consenting process with clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, Nina is most at home near the ocean—whether it’s fishing, diving, or spending time with her whānau at the beach.
